Cozy and Calm: An Herbal Tea Party for Winter Wellness with Flora Deadwick

Join our resident herbalist and green witch Flora Deadwick for a relaxing afternoon/evening all about herbal teas! Join us for a cup (or three) and learn how herbs can support you throughout the winter. Attendees will sample a variety of teas with a number of different functions, and will explore the basics of using herbal teas to nurture themselves through winter in New England. Attendees will also leave with an easy recipe for a wintertime herbal tea.

Flora Deadwick is a trained herbalist and green witch, specializing in hand-crafted herbal teas. Though she works with people experiencing a variety of conditions, she is particularly passionate about nervous system health and resilience. She believes that herbalism is a powerful conduit for healing the body, mind, and soul, and that the plants can help each of us more deeply with our own unique spiritual path.

Workshops will take place in the Deadwick's Common Room. They run approximately an hour and a half to two hours. Please enter through the front of Deadwick's upon arrival, at 19 Sheafe St. and allow time for parking. Please call ahead if you are running late. (603-319-6946)
